London, 17 December 2015 – JDX Consulting has announced that it was been awarded with an Accreditation for 2016 on the ‘Ones to Watch’ list. This award has been granted to JDX by Best Companies for 2016.
Key benefits at JDX as highlighted by ‘Best Companies’ include the companies pension scheme and their development offered to employees, which includes “Non work related training support”.
‘Best Companies’ awarded JDX with a number of ‘Best Workplace Factors’ such as:
* Personal Growth: “Ongoing personal development is paramount to the success of JDX. The JDX Training Academy provides a foundation for the training of consultants from the day they join, and the company supplement formal training with ongoing coaching, counselling and mentoring.” Not only does JDX offer an array of internal training but “JDX also offers assistance for employees to achieve relevant, industry recognised qualifications as they progress within the company, including Prince 2, ACCA and CIPD.”
* Wellbeing: “At JDX they recognise the value that sport can add to their employees’ health and wellbeing, and how it correlates to their professional behaviour at work. Because of this JDX hold an annual sports day which attracts a huge gathering of eager participants ready to engage and compete with each other.” The sports day is an example of one of the many wellbeing events that are held by JDX. Here at JDX we have a longstanding football and netball teams and are constantly on the lookout, encouraging employees to come up with new ideas and ways to further improve the wellbeing of employees.
* My Team: “Because JDX has consultants based on several different client sites it is hugely important that they facilitate company-wide interaction in many different ways. They hold a ‘Townhall’ every two months for all employees to attend. This is where company performance and strategy are discussed, outstanding individual performances are acknowledged by management and awards are given. It is also a chance for new consultants to integrate with the JDX family.” Employees at JDX are given further opportunities to meet and interact with senior employees : “The Sports, Social and Charity Committee is a peer-run committee dedicated to providing funding for events proposed by employees. Recent examples include Dodgeball, Salsa Dancing and Wine Tasting – everything that happens at JDX is a direct result of its employees.” “Finally, JDX created the ‘Buddy Scheme’. Each new joiner is assigned a peer-level colleague to help them to integrate into the company, and to encourage open and honest one-on-one communication.”
At JDX it has been an honour to get such a highly sought after and well-regarded accreditation. Not only has this award highlighted what we are good at, but it has also indicated areas in which we can improve in. With this feedback we hope to successfully incorporate it into what we do here in JDX which in turn will aid us in achieving our goal of becoming the industry leader in assisting clients in solving their greatest challenges in remediation, globally by 2017.
