London, 6 April 2016 – SmartDX, from the Smart Communications division of Thunderhead, today announced that JDX are the first firm to produce industry standard base templates for the recently launched SmartDX template library.
JDX is a global financial services firm based in London and New York that supports clients with cost-effective and flexible resourcing solutions. The SmartDX solution, from Thunderhead, automates trade and relationship document generation and negotiation for the Capital Markets.
The base template library has been created to dramatically reduce the time taken to prepare documentation. It provides a central online location where participants can download industry standard ‘base templates’ to prepare compliant documentation.
As the first firm to contribute, JDX confirmed development and addition of base templates for ISDA Master Agreements and Credit Support Annexes. The relationship with JDX is expected to expand further and other service providers to the capital markets industry are also expected to contribute templates in the near future.
