Who are we?

JDX is one of the fastest growing professional services firms since its launch in 2012. We have hub operations in London, New York and Singapore. Our clients are the world’s largest investment and retail banks, asset managers and private wealth banks, as well as the leading industry utilities and technology providers.

What do we do?

JDX works with clients to provide tailored resourcing solutions to overcome regulatory, operational, change and advisory challenges. Our resourcing solutions are tailored to our clients needs, bespoke and flexible. Furthermore, we are laser focused on delivery. We deliver JDX projects.

Why Consultancy?

We have to move fast – sometimes being asked by our clients to deploy large teams of JDXers (10-40 people) in just a few days. This produces a fast paced and exciting environment where you can really make a difference and be rewarded for high performance.

All JDXers are trained in financial services through the JDX Academy. The JDX Academy develops skills in project management, business analysis, Excel, VBA, cash and derivative product knowledge, regulation, as well as knowledge of industry utility software providers such as MarkitSERV, DTCC and Thunderhead.

The Journey

JDXers are JDX. From our softball team to our company ski-trip and regular all Company meetings we are one team. Whilst on one of our projects you will return regularly during the week to our Bishopsgate office for training and mentoring. We will look after your career and have a lot of fun too.

JDX Academy

In addition to the Academy and under the guidance of a project lead or project partner you will go into our clients and deliver JDX projects. We are passionate about providing opportunities for graduates in Financial Services and passionate about doing right by our clients.

JDX has grown to over 300 people in just four years and now have hub operations in London, New York and Singapore – we are committed to growing organically, promoting from within and growing with our staff.

  • Relationship management, client on-boarding and client outreach projects
  • Regulatory driven mandates, including EMIR, Dodd-Frank and ISDA
  • Document digitisation and data extraction programmes
  • Derivative operations – “change-the-bank” and “run-the-bank” projects
  • Backloading of live derivative trades into the Global Trade Repository
  • Know Your Client (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) exercises
  • Change management functions, including business analysis, project management and PMO functions
  • Legal projects including contract negotiation, legal compliance and e-discovery projects
  • System and data migration projects
  • Operational risk, credit risk and market risk analyst programmes
